So you can get much out of the film without coming out feeling a sense of disappointment. The story is fairly garbage, but that's to be expected from shonen battle movies. The animation is either pretty darn good, or PS2 level CGI; it's mediocre. The Fanservice is incredible and everything a One Piece fan would want. Some aspects of the story felt a little rush though and would have been great if the movie was a bit longer.
